When arriving by bus
There are direct bus connections both from the City of Kokkola/Karleby (35 kms north of Jakobstad) and from the City of Vaasa (100 kms south of Jakobstad).
There are train connections to the Bennäs railway station, and a bus connection from Bennäs to the Jakobstad City centre (appr. 15 min.)
When arriving by planeThere are flight connections to the Jakobstad/Kokkola airport in Kronoby. From Kronoby there is a bus connection to Jakobstad (appr. 35 min.)
